UCAS have been working with the National Extension College (NEC) to produce a set of study skills guides to help you get ahead with Higher Education study. These guides will help you build confidence with the techniques needed for success in HE.

The University of Worcester have a range of guides on their website to support study skills for Higher Education including different writing styles, academic reading, stress management and how to take lecture notes. This link is a little treasure trove to help you make the transition to a HE mindset.

The Aimhigher Interactive Study Skills Workshop is designed to support you in utilising revision guides and materials. The workshop is around 15 minutes long and will give you lots of helpful tips and tricks on how to revise effectively. Since the success of Student Fest in 2020 we have launched another online event all about careers. The ‘Job Board’ zone was extremely helpful to lots of people so we wanted to create more content on this topic! We have essentially turned this zone into it’s very own event!
